A: We acquire strategic, off-market positions in the most valuable “subnets” within Bittensor — each one a decentralized AI business with real-world use cases. We stake to earn emissions, rotate capital to the highest-yielding opportunities, and leverage our position inside the ecosystem to access deals before they hit the market.

A: Our fund is licensed and regulated by The Securities Commission of the Bahamas (licence no. 77-P-087) and is only open to professional or well-informed investors under the Bahamas Investment Fund Act 2019.

A: The minimum subscription is USD $50,000. Most of our investors allocate between $100k and $500k initially, with the option to increase over time.
